Delivery & returns
At Stamford Botanics, we are committed to ensuring your orders arrive safely and on time and understand how important it is to receive your houseplants and other botanical purchases in excellent condition.
Our team is also dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, so in the event that you did need to return an item we hope to make that process simple.
Shipping
We currently only offer local deliveries or the option to collect from our shop in Stamford. In time we aim to offer national delivery.

Delivery Charges
Local PE9 (plus wider area) delivery is free for orders over £40, whilst orders under £40 incur a £5.99 delivery fee.

Delivery Timeframe
On average, local deliveries should be with you within 1-2 days.

Returns
While we take utmost care in packaging your order, damages may occur during transit due to the delicate nature of plants and pots in particular. Should any or all of your order arrive damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing hello@stamfordbotanics.co.uk with accompanying photos, and we'll address the issue accordingly. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, with return costs covered by the customer.

Variations
As living specimens, plants all vary slightly in size and appearance. We describe and photograph each plant as accurately as possible, but we cannot accept returns due to minor variations.
