Epipremnum aureum, is a really lush and vibrant and incredibly easy-going, climbing (or trailing) plant. It has long cascading vines that can grow vigorously and so is perfect if you're after something fast-growing!  This versatile plant has been trained to grow on a coir pole but as it continues to grow it can either be left to trail, provided with a larger support, or trimmed. The Golden Pothos has golden yellow colour variegation running through its leaves when it receives enough light.

  • These plants are suitable for a range of different light levels, as long as it's not too dark and doesn't spend more than an hour in full sun when it's at its strongest.

Water when it's started to dry out about a third of the way down in the pot. The Pothos is drought tolerant so it is always best to be cautious with your watering as too much water will kill them! They're very easy to care for plants so just let them do their thing, and if it gets too long, you can always give it a trim!

When watering, thoroughly soak the soil until water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Discard any excess water in the saucer or decorative pot to prevent waterlogged roots.

It's important to adjust your watering routine based on the time of year and specific environmental conditions like humidity and temperature.
