The Pilea mollis 'Moon Valley' is a striking houseplant that has unique, textured leaves. Its lime green leaves are rippled with deep, dark copper-coloured grooves, resembling the craters on the surface of the moon, hence its name! This plant is perfect for closed terrariums as it loves humidity and remains fairly small. It can also withstand fairly low light levels.

Keep the soil fairly moist, but never soggy by always allowing at least the top 30% of soil to dry out between waterings.

When watering, thoroughly soak the soil until water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Discard any excess water in the saucer or decorative pot to prevent waterlogged roots.
