Scindapsus pictus ‘Trebie' (also known as Satin Pothos), is a larger leaved variety of its close relative, Scindapsus pictus 'Argyraeus' (which is also referred to as a Satin Pothos). This plant features luscious, velvety heart-shaped green leaves adorned with silvery-white markings and edges that glisten in the light, giving it a satin sheen. Perfect for hanging pots or trailing along shelves, the Satin Pothos can also be trained to climb against a support. These plants are suitable for a range of different light levels, as long as it's not too dark and doesn't spend more than an hour in full sun when it's at its strongest.
Water when it's started to dry out about a third of the way down in the pot. The Satin Pothos is drought tolerant so it is always best to be cautious with your watering as too much water will kill them! They're very easy to care for plants so just let them do their thing, and if it gets too long, you can always give it a trim!
When watering, thoroughly soak the soil until water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Discard any excess water in the saucer or decorative pot to prevent waterlogged roots.
It's important to adjust your watering routine based on the time of year and specific environmental conditions like humidity and temperature.
