Tillandsia, commonly known as Air Plants, are epiphytic plants that are native to Central and South America where they grow on trees and other structures, using their specialised leaves to absorb nutrients and moisture from the air.
These air plants come displayed in a glass jar with a cork lid.
Please note that the type of air plant may differ from the ones pictured.

To care for your Tillandsia in a jar, position it somewhere bright without it being in all-day full sun when it's at its most intense. Remove the lid for a few hours every week to allow fresh air into the jar.
During the spring and summer months, take the air plant out of the jar, soak it in rainwater for 20 minutes once a week, and ensure it dries completely before popping it back in the jar. During the winter, you can reduce the frequency of soaking. Make sure to keep the Tillandsia in an environment above 12°C.
